Due to being a made-to-order shop, we do not allow cancellations/refunds. Our return policy allows a 24 hour window after item is received to contact us about issues with original product. If care guidelines (included in package) are not followed, it is not our responsibility. After 24 hours, we will no longer accept returns and/or process refunds.
